Pilates is for EVERYBODY, but it is not a one size fits all system. At Rewilding Pilates you will receive a one on one experience, personally curated for your body and goals. You will learn the classical Pilates method, utilizing all of the studio equipment, and learn how they are all connected.

Duet Pilates (50min)
Similar to a private session, but shared with a friend. Both individuals should be at relatively the same level in their practice.

SOL Pilates (50min)
SOL Pilates is Rewilding Pilates' signature outdoor mat class, held under the canopy of a magnificent Carrotwood tree. Rooted in the classical method and guided by breath, these sessions reconnect you to nature, rhythm, and resilience.
This is Pilates in its purest form—outside, aligned with the sun, and grounded in intention.
