Private Pilates
Private Pilates at Rewilding Pilates is a fully personalized, one-on-one experience rooted in the classical system. You will learn Pilates through the complete studio apparatus — including the Mat, Reformer, Chairs, Barrels, Pedi Pole, and corrective tools — discovering how each piece is beautifully connected within the method.
Each apparatus offers a distinct pathway back to your center, guiding you to initiate movement with precision, control, and ease.
Your work in the studio is personal and evolving, shaped by the understanding that every body requires its own approach. Your practice here is intentionally crafted — a return to alignment, instinct, and the wisdom already within you.
